Certificat de performance \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique des b\u00e2timents<\/h1><\/div><div class=\"fusion-text fusion-text-1\" style=\"--awb-font-size:16px;--awb-line-height:1.5;--awb-text-color:#303030;--awb-text-font-family:&quot;Source Sans Pro&quot;;--awb-text-font-style:normal;--awb-text-font-weight:400;\"><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Tout propri\u00e9taire d\u2019un bien immobilier en R\u00e9gion de Bruxelles-Capitale doit demander <strong>un certificat de performance \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique (PEB)<\/strong>. Ce document informe les candidats locataires de <strong>la performance \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique du b\u00e2timent<\/strong> dans lequel ils louent un kot.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Un PEB exprime la performance \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique sur une \u00e9chelle allant de <strong>A<\/strong> (\u00e9conome en \u00e9nergie) \u00e0 <strong>G<\/strong> (le plus \u00e9nergivore). Votre bien immobilier se voit donc attribuer un score compris entre A et G. Ce score doit \u00eatre <strong>clairement<\/strong> <strong>communiqu\u00e9<\/strong> dans les annonces concernant votre bien. Ces installations sont contr\u00f4l\u00e9es selon l\u2019ancienne r\u00e9glementation (l\u2019ex-RGIE).
